About Investfly

Trading software built around your decisions.

Since 2014, Investfly has focused on a simple idea: people should be able to express, test, and monitor their own trading rules without surrendering control of the decisions.

Our story

Make trading logic easier to express—and easier to inspect.

Rule-based trading often forces people into an uncomfortable choice: settle for a rigid tool or build technical infrastructure from scratch. Investfly was created to narrow that gap.

We provide a visual strategy builder for clear, configuration-driven logic and supported Python tools for deeper customization. Around both, Investfly supplies backtesting, virtual portfolio simulation, monitoring, and eligible account connections.

The platform does not decide what belongs in a strategy. Users choose the instruments, conditions, direction, sizing, risk settings, and any account they authorize. That separation is not fine print; it is central to the product.

Express the ideaTranslate user-defined logic into explicit, editable strategy settings.
Test the assumptionsUse historical models and ongoing simulation to find behavior worth reviewing.
Keep authorization separateLive use is a distinct user decision and remains subject to provider eligibility.
A clear division of responsibility

You define the strategy. Investfly supplies the tools.

Good trading software should make ownership obvious. These are the decisions users make and the infrastructure the platform provides around them.

You decide

Product principles

What we optimize for.

Investfly is designed for people who want practical automation without hiding the settings, tests, or authorization behind it.

Inspectable by default

Strategy inputs should be visible enough to review, revise, and discuss—not buried inside an unexplained decision.

Test before live use

Backtesting and virtual portfolios give users places to observe behavior before considering a separate live authorization.

Multiple ways to build

Visual configuration reduces friction. Python supports custom logic. Both serve user-defined strategies rather than platform picks.

Document the limits

Market data, simulation, providers, instruments, and execution all have constraints that should be understood—not glossed over.

Built for different starting points

A platform that can grow with the person using it.

A first strategy may begin as a simple visual condition in a virtual portfolio. An experienced developer may begin with a Python class and custom indicator. Investfly keeps the surrounding testing and control model recognizable across both.
